All reports are delivered electronically via email in PDF format to the email address provided at checkout.

Reports are typically delivered within 30 minutes of successful payment confirmation.

Customers must:

• Provide a valid email address

• Enter the correct VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)

• Check spam/junk folder if report is not visible in inbox

Since our service is a digital product:

• No physical documents are mailed
