  1. Choose your plan ($35, $48, or $70)

  2. Enter your VIN correctly

  3. Complete secure payment

  4. Receive your report via email in PDF format

Reports are typically delivered within 30 minutes.


3️⃣ How long does delivery take?

All reports are digitally delivered via email within approximately 30 minutes of successful payment.

If you do not receive your report:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Confirm your email address was entered correctly

  • Contact support within 24 hours


4️⃣ What are the differences between your plans?

We offer three pricing options:

Basic – $35
Standard vehicle history overview

Standard – $48
Expanded vehicle data and detailed record checks

Premium – $70
Comprehensive report with extended database checks and additional data insights

Each higher plan includes more detailed information.


5️⃣ Is this report official?

RideLedger provides independent vehicle history reports compiled from publicly available and third-party aggregated data sources.

We are not affiliated with any government agency or vehicle manufacturer.

Reports are for informational purposes only.


6️⃣ Are refunds available?

Due to the digital nature of the product:

  • Reports already generated and delivered are non-refundable

  • Refunds may be considered in case of duplicate payment or non-delivery due to technical error

  • Incorrect VIN entered by customer is not eligible for refund

If the report has not yet been generated, we may be able to correct it. Once generated, it cannot be reversed.


8️⃣ Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.


9️⃣ What if my report shows limited information?

Vehicle history data depends on records reported to databases. Not all incidents are always reported immediately.

RideLedger does not guarantee that all historical events are included.


🔟 Can I use this report for legal or dealership disputes?

Our reports are for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for legal action or dealership disputes.

No. All reports are delivered digitally via email in PDF format. We do not provide printed or mailed reports.
